ST. LOUIS (June 9, 2009) -CSI Leasing has continued to expand its international operations by establishing a full-service IT company in Germany, CSI Lifecycle Services. This new subsidiary joins 24 companies worldwide under the CSI Leasing umbrella.

CSI Lifecycle Services will meet the increasing demand for a complete IT solution. The company will have a pay per seat model, providing a wide range of IT solutions from planning to disposal, including program design, roll-out, logistics, hardware preparation, software and hardware installation, maintenance, helpdesk and field services, de-installation, replacement, data sanitization at end of life, and environmentally-friendly disposal.

"CSI Lifecycle Services will truly provide a one-stop shopping solution to the European market,” says Arnaldo Rodriguez, president of CSI’s international division. “We are very excited to offer these new services and feel like they add tremendous value to CSI’s existing lease programs.”

The new subsidiary will be a joint venture between CSI Leasing Gmbh, the German division of CSI Leasing, and ergoTrade AG, one of the largest independent IT remarketing and service providers in Germany. It will be managed by Atania Breyton from CSI and Maximilian Winter, current COO of ergoTrade AG.
