Structures and Terms

It’s always best practice to structure your lease based on useful life of the equipment. This helps reduce down time, total cost of ownership and helps you keep a proper refresh strategy in place. That’s why CSI offers a wide variety of terms, typically ranging from 6-60 months, depending on equipment type.Throughout the term of your lease, you can extend, restructure or buyout your lease on an asset-by-asset basis, depending on your needs and your budget. We also offer very robust and flexible billing options, making it easy for you to chargeback departments and pay on your preferred timetable, whether it be monthly or quarterly, in advance or arrears.

SmartTrack

Most of our customers lease equipment in large volumes. Our SmartTrack^SM quarterly lease program provides an efficient way to manage these large acquisitions, taking much of the work off your plate. With SmartTrack, all equipment acquired in one quarter, regardless of manufacturer or vendor, can be combined on one lease schedule.Our SmartTrack program is ideal for extended rollout periods and large quantities of assets from multiple manufacturers and vendors. You have a 90-day window each quarter to order any type of equipment you need. At the end of the quarter, all the equipment that has been ordered is conveniently consolidated onto a single Certificate of Acceptance.
